If you want to argue bitcoin is a bad investment, a speculative digital asset destined to go to zero, that’s a conversation to have, it’s no scam though. The other 99.9% of crypto is however.
I struggle with this every day

Think it depends on what country and which bank.
I live in the UK and never had any major issues with banks here and doubt I will. But they absolutely suck big time on peer to peer payment.
US has Venmo but they suck on banking. It’s only in the last 5 years they phased out the use of checks to pay your rent. It was like going back to the dark ages when I was there.
3 words – Fractional Reserve Banking.
That awkward moment when you realize that all the banks failing are banks where Circle keeps backed USDC dollars.
Crypto is more scammy than banks, banks are more scammy than bitcoin. I would never tell anyone to invest in crypto.
The solution? Bitcoin.
