This has *nothing to do* with Bitcoin.
They are a terrible service with tons of negative [reviews](https://www.trustpilot.com/review/blockchain.com). Avoid them as much as possible. Not sure if there have been successes with withdrawals lately. I’ve seen a few posts like yours.
