(Bloomberg) — Mango Labs LLC sued the trader who allegedly raked in $114 million in 20 minutes in October by illegally manipulating the cost of its cryptocurrency tokens on its exchange.

Avraham Eisenberg agreed to return $67 million of the unwell-gotten gains a couple times later on, the company stated in a federal lawsuit filed Wednesday in Manhattan. But “he retained, and proceeds to retain” the rest of the income — and Mango wants it again.

Eisenberg was previously sued individually by the US Commodity Futures Investing Fee and the US Securities Commission. Both businesses accused him of manipulating the MNGO token. He also faces parallel legal costs. He was arrested and detained in Puerto Rico in December. It’s not clear from court docket documents no matter whether he’s been moved to New York.

On Oct. 11, Eisenberg allegedly used two accounts on the Mango Marketplaces exchange that he controlled to manipulate the cost of Mango perpetual swaps, which are futures that make it possible for traders to retain positions open up. In 20 minutes, he was ready to push up the selling price of the swaps by 1,300% and money out, according to courtroom records.

Mango Markets suspended operations the day soon after what it explained as Eisenberg’s “malicious attack” with the price of its MNGO tokens slipping to 2 cents.

Eisenberg bragged on Twitter that he was component of a staff that “operated a really rewarding investing system,” apparently referring to the Mango plan. He posted that he considered his actions were lawful.

Mango Labs also accused Eisenberg of attacking the crypto lending platform Aave. “Since the assault, defendant has ongoing to plot to assault Mango Markets even further, in public, and has utilized the transformed resources to assault other cryptocurrency protocols as very well,” the organization said.

Eisenberg couldn’t be achieved for remark and no law firm was mentioned for him in court docket documents.
