The Thai Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has proposed banning companies from partaking in crypto staking and lending things to do. The regulator is searching for general public responses on the proposal, noting that the reason of this prohibition is “to provide higher safety to buyers and cut down involved threats.”

Thailand Seeks Community Remarks on 2 Crypto Regulatory Proposals

The Thai Securities and Trade Commission (SEC) announced Thursday that it is seeking public remarks on two proposals relating to the regulation of crypto belongings. The remark period of time for both proposals finishes on Oct. 17.

The to start with is a proposal to prohibit corporations from crypto staking and lending routines. The securities watchdog reported the intent of this prohibition is “to provide larger safety to buyers and decrease connected challenges.”
