    That it ran out of space to show the individual blocks, so there’s 13 blocks combined into one visual block.

    That plus next block = 14 blocks worth of transactions sitting in the mempool waiting to be put on the blockchain.

    Its an estimate that if you pay 2 sats/byte as the fee then it could take 13 blocks to be included in the chain. 21 sats/byte should get you in the next block.
